Administration Support Officer (OZCARE2503)
Overview
In this position you will assist the Director of Nursing as well as other staff in the efficient and effective management of the facility. You will provide support and undertake administration and clerical duties as required. You will have demonstrated experience in providing general administrative support, including word processing, answering of telephones and the use of facsimiles and photocopiers. It is essential that you have high computer literacy, including experience in Word, Excel, Accounts/ Payroll data entry, e-mail and fast and accurate typing. Knowledge of rosters would be an advantage. The successful applicant will demonstrate sound written and oral communication skills and have the ability and willingness to work as a member of a team. Knowledge of and experience in understanding the needs of older people and of people of any age with a disability would be an advantage.This job is not currently taking applicants.
