Support Worker (OZCARE2640)

Overview

Ipswich Community Access Disability Program aims to increase those clients with an acquired brain injury and mental illness to access services and support within the Ipswich region. This program works closely with other support agencies to provide pro-active case management to meet individual client needs. You will have experience in providing outreach support work including Case Management and have sound computer skills. Mental Health experience and relevant tertiary qualifications are highly desirable. A current Queensland Drivers Licence, First Aid Certificate and Department of Disability Services Queensland screening are essential.
