Overview

Ozcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to assist the Director of Nursing in providing clinical leadership of this Residential Aged Care Facility located in Currimundi. This role will effectively manage the nursing care of residents within the facility and the monitoring of documentation. The Clinical Nurse Consultant will be a person with highly developed clinical skills and gerontology experience who can supervise and develop staff, communicate effectively, and work independently within the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Principles. Registration with the Queensland Nursing Council is essential, while formal qualifications in Gerontic Nursing and Palliative Care are an advantage.
