Administration Support Officer (OZCARE2644)
Overview
In this position you will assist the Office Manager and other staff in the efficient and effective management of the Ozcare centre in Logan, by providing support and undertaking administration and clerical duties as required. You will have demonstrated experience in providing general administrative support, including word processing, answering of telephones, the use of facsimiles and photocopier. It is essential that you have high computer literacy, including experience in Word, Excel, Accounts data entry, e-mail and fast and accurate typing. Effective time management skills, willingness to work as a member of a team and the ability to work full time for leave relief (when required) is also essential. Knowledge of and experience in understanding the needs of older people and of people of any age with a disability would be an advantage.
