Overview

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the unique ability to perform a broad range of light handyman tasks, confidently, without supervision, while maintaining a high level of professional quality, appearance and workmanship. You will be a ‘handyperson’ in the traditional sense with excellent communication skills, including liaising with external contractors and supporting the preventative maintenance program. Honesty and reliability are a must. An understanding and empathy with the frail aged and people with a disability are also essential. The successful applicant must be available to travel at short notice and work in a variety of locations. A current Queensland Driver’s Licence, a current First Aid Certificate and computer literacy are requirements for this position.
