Aged Care Facilities

Move into a homely environment with 24 hour care

More than 1250 residents enjoy living in our ten aged care facilities throughout Queensland, where you can get support with daily living activities and enjoy some extra company.

You’ll be cared for by our experienced team of nurses, carers, allied health professionals, cooks, and support service staff, there to provide you with round the clock care. We see our residents as part of our family so we go the extra mile to learn about you; your history, your family, your likes and dislikes, to ensure we’re delivering the best care possible.

We provide a range of care options to suit your needs. If you are more independent, we support you with day-to-day living including assistance with:

  • Continence management
  • Attending social activities

In addition, at many of our facilities we offer a special secured wing where staff trained in dementia care provide a supportive, safe environment for people living with dementia. Read more about our dementia aged care facility services.
