“With their support, I progressed to become a Co-ordinator, then Assistant Manager of a region, and now my present position of Assistant State Manager, helping to supervise Ozcare’s Community Health programs across the State.
“I was encouraged to further my career, and upskill as each opportunity to work in a variety of settings and facilities became available.
“I now encourage staff to do the same,” Ms Farlow said.
