Carelink
The Ozcare Carelink Medical Alarm ensures seniors and adults with a disability maintain a lifeline to those who care for them. The Alarm is a 24 hour monitoring system that connects clients to help whenever they need it. The Carelink Medical Alarm is supplied and installed by Ozcare trained staff. Worn as a small pendant around the neck or on the wrist like a watch, the Alarm has an easy to locate button which, when pressed, automatically telephones the Central Help Desk via the Carelink Monitor. The client is immediately contacted by the Central Help Desk and the client can speak to the Operator using the telephone speaker on the alarm. This feature ensures the client is in constant voice contact, even if unable to reach the telephone. The Carelink Medical Alarm is invaluable in many different situations. It can assist clients who are elderly, infirm or have a disability who choose to live independently in the community. On a short-term basis, the Carelink Medical Alarm can assist in a variety of circumstances such as palliative care clients, people recovering from illness or surgery at home or when elderly relatives visit or are on holidays.
