Home And Community Care

This Program provides general home care services for Home and Community Care (HACC) eligible clients to assist them with services including:

  • Respite Care
  • Personal Care - Showering, dressing, assistance with daily living activities
  • Domestic Assistance - General cleaning, washing, meal preparation
  • Social Support
  • Shopping and Transport - Door-to-door transport to local major shopping centres and Medical and Health related appointments
