Home And Community Care
This Program provides general home care services for Home and Community Care (HACC) eligible clients to assist them with services including:
- Respite Care
- Personal Care - Showering, dressing, assistance with daily living activities
- Domestic Assistance - General cleaning, washing, meal preparation
- Social Support
- Shopping and Transport - Door-to-door transport to local major shopping centres and Medical and Health related appointments
An initiative of the Australian and Queensland Governments under the HACC Program.
