Community Aged Care Packages

Community Aged Care Packages (CACP’s) are designed to assist clients to remain in their own homes for as long as desired. Services include:

Personal Care (showering, grooming, assistance with daily living activities)
Shopping and Transport
General Cleaning and Washing
Meal Preparation

Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) approval is required.

An initiative of the Australian Government.
