Extended Aged Care at Home Packages

Extended Aged Care at Home Packages (EACH) provide care to clients who have been assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) as requiring a higher level of care.

The range of services includes:

Personal Care (showering, grooming, assistance with daily living activities)
Nursing and Allied Health Care
Meal Preparation
Respite
Transport to Medical and Health Appointments and Shopping
Assistance with Specialised Equipment
