Ozcare - Veterans' Home Care

Veterans' Home Care

The Veterans’ Home Care Program provides a range of services to eligible Veterans to enable them to continue living independently in their own homes. The service is available through all Ozcare Centres.

Services include:

Personal Care
Domestic Assistance
Respite
Home and Garden Maintenance

To access Veterans' Home Care, Veterans can contact the VHC Assessment and Co-ordination Service on 1300 550 450.
