Community Health
Ozcare’s Community Health Programs offer a range of services, including Nursing, Mental Health and Allied Health, to members of the community, from infants to the aged. The Programs provide care and assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week, according to client needs.Programs can be provided in a choice of environments - home, workplace, education facility, residential facility, an Ozcare clinic or elsewhere in the community.
Ozcare Community Health staff provide holistic care with attention to the physical, mental, social, environmental and spiritual health needs of clients. Ozcare’s Community Health Programs are delivered in a caring and professional manner.
A number of these services receive funding from the Australian and Queensland Governments.
