Ipswich Community Access Disability Service

Ipswich Community Access Disability Services (ICADS) provides support and recreational activities to people with disabilities in Ipswich and surrounding areas. 

ICADS is a flexible and innovative service, responding to client needs through an Outreach Service focus and incorporating a Community Development Model in the planning and management of these needs.

High importance is placed on ensuring effective communication between the various relevant services and family members so that clients have a range of support and treatment choices, and access to holistic care.

ICADS consists of three Programs – Community Access, Community Linking and MOZART.  Through these Programs, ICADS assists clients in the following areas:

  • Education and Employment
  • Health and Allied Health Services
  • Recreational Activities
  • Housing and Accommodation
  • Income Security
  • Legal Issues
  • Support Networks and Friendships
  • Daily Living Skills
