Applications for residential aged care at Ozcare Mackay will open approximately 3 months prior to the facility opening.

If you, or a family member, is interested in moving into Ozcare Mackay we recommend you complete the Expression of Interest form below. This will ensure your details are entered into our system. We will then contact you when applications open with an application pack, and ensure you are invited along to our opening events to preview the new facility.

Ozcare recognises that privacy is very important. We are committed to protecting the personal information that we collect from you, in a manner that is compliant with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988, and the Australian Privacy Principles.
