Ozcare is a leading not-for-profit organisation employing more than 3,000 staff to care for our 15,000 clients.

We provide a diverse range of health and community services, including aged care, dementia care, NDIS, disability & health services, and community support services.

For the past 20 years, our purpose has been to improve our clients’ quality of life through the delivery of personalised health and human services in the spirit of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland.

To achieve our purpose, we hire carers, support workers, nurses, allied health professionals, dementia specialists, administrators, and corporate professionals to work in our 60 locations around Queensland.
