We offer a range of programs for those aged over 16 years who are struggling with their mental health. The programs are designed to support you on your journey of recovery, by giving you information and support to develop a plan and achieve your personal goals.
For those over 16 years
Our support workers will work with you and your significant others to support you on your path to recovery. Together we’ll develop a direction and connect you with community networks and other service providers. We encourage you to be as active as you want to be, and take responsibility for your own recovery.
We accept referrals from you or from others including family, community services or health professionals.
Costs & eligibility
In the Gold Coast region, this service is available to you if you are aged between 18 and 64 years. There is no cost for this service through funding provided by Queensland Health.
In the Mackay, Townsville and Sunshine Coast regions, this service is available to you if your ability to manage daily activities is severely affected by mental illness, you are aged over 16 years, and you are not eligible for services under NDIS. You do not need to have a formal clinical diagnosis of severe mental illness to access this service. There is no cost for this services through funding provided by the Australian Government’s Department of Social Services Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaMs) program.
For people being released from prison
Our Social and Emotional Engagement Development Services (SEEDS) helps people with a moderate to severe mental illness to transition back into the Rockhampton community from prison. We work with you before your release, on the day of release, and up to six months post-release to ensure your transition is a successful one. This includes:

For those in Toowoomba
If you have a mental health condition, live in the Toowoomba region, and are at risk of homelessness, we can support you to find and keep housing, access medical services, and support you in your mental health recovery.
We accept referrals from community services or health professionals in the Toowoomba region.
Costs & eligibility
This service is available to you if you live in the Toowoomba region, are at risk of homelessness, and experience severe and persistent mental illness. There is no cost for this service through funding provided by the Australian Government’s Department of Health.
