Transportation – Disability & Health

Driving you around your community

We offer safe, convenient transport for people with disability or health conditions who are unable to drive or use public transport.

We can help with scheduled transport services to:

  • Attend doctor appointments
  • Visit your physiotherapist or other health professional
  • Go to your local shopping centre to shop for food
  • Get to social events or activities

Our friendly drivers pick you up at home, drive you to your destination, and take you back home when you’re done.

Costs & Eligibility

Our disability and health services are available to people under the age of 65 (or under 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders), who have a disability or other condition that makes it difficult to carry out everyday activities.

The cost of your services is determined by your eligibility for Queensland Community Care Services (QCCS) funding. If you’re not eligible for subsidised services, you can still receive services by paying the full cost yourself. Read more about costs & eligibility for people with disability or health conditions.

We have branches all over Queensland from the Gold Coast to Cairns. Find your nearest Ozcare branch using our ‘locate a service’ finder.
