If you are an NDIS participant and have been approved for the support category ‘improved daily living’ in your NDIS plan, you can access the supports below.
If you need equipment or assistive technology to live more independently or for accessing the community, our health professionals can assess and provide support in finding the best equipment suited to your needs and disability.
If you need specialist nursing care relating to your disability, our registered nurses will come to your home to provide training to you, your carer, or our care staff to ensure that you have the skills and support you need to live independently at home.
We also provide assistance with managing continence concerns through assessment and recommendation from one of our skilled registered nurses.

We can provide support and training for carers to help manage the everyday activities relating to caring for a person with a disability. This includes our specialist Dementia Advisory Service.
We work with your family to create a plan for a mix of therapies that will assist your child at home, school, day care, and in the community.
Improve your driving skills with specialised driver training includes training in driving, using adapted equipment, or vehicle modification.
Each support category contains a number of services that you can choose from to help achieve your goals. You can use your budget for any of services within that support category, but you are unable to use this budget for services within another support category. In some cases, you may be approved for a specific support (rather than a category). In this case, you will need to use your budget for this specific service only.
The NDIA publishes a price list, which sets out the cost of each support. This is the price you will pay no matter which provider you choose. In some cases, a price for a support may not be fixed, and we can provide you with a quote that the NDIA will approve.
Our NDIS services are open to all NDIS participants with an approved plan. We have branches all over Queensland, from the Gold Coast to Far North Queensland use our locate a service finder to find the nearest branch to you.
