Ozcare provides personal care services for people with disability or health conditions in Queensland

Personal Care – QCSS

Help with everyday activities such as dressing or showering

If you find it difficult to get ready for the day or move around your home because of a health condition or disability, we can assist with our in-home personal care services. Our experienced and caring staff visit you in your home to help you with:

  • Dressing
  • Showering or bathing
  • Personal hygiene
  • Going to the toilet
  • Getting in and out of bed
  • Moving around the house

We can visit you on a regular day each week, or just for a short time depending on your needs.

Costs & Eligibility

Our disability and health services are available to people under the age of 65 (or under 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders), who have a disability or other condition that makes it difficult to carry out everyday activities.

The cost of your services is determined by your eligibility for Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS) funding. If you’re not eligible for subsidised services, you can still receive services by paying the full cost yourself. Read more about costs & eligibility for Queensland Community Support Scheme.

We have branches all over Queensland from the Gold Coast to Cairns. Find your nearest Ozcare branch using our ‘locate a service’ finder.
